West Michigan Beach Volleyball started in 2014 with a backyard clinic for 20 athletes. In 2025 we had over 150 clinic participants. In 2026, WMBVB is again partnering with sponsors to offer ONE, one-day beach volleyball skills clinics for athletes entering grades 3-12 at beautiful Grand Haven State Park.

Please plan to get there 15 minutes early to check-in
*Kids entering grades 3-5 will be done at 11:30, but are welcome to stick around until 12:00.
Must be entering grades 3-12
Sunscreen, refillable water bottle, and comfortable athletic wear. Consider an extra layer as it's often a bit chillier at the beach.

Optional - hat, sunglasses, towel.

YOU DO NOT NEED a ball, net, or lines.
If it's sprinkling, chilly, or windy, we'll still hold practice. If there's lightning, we'll temporarily postpone seeing if it clears up.
Youth Events: Völli-UP requires a parent or guardian account to register the youth player for youth tournaments and clinics.

The last few years, loyal sponsors have provided the funding to keep our clinic fees low, and have graciously agreed to do so again this year, covering insurance and coaching expenses. In an effort to continue to grow the game, we’re asking for a $25 non-refundable donation to our scholarship program to reserve a spot. SPACE IS LIMITED!
